TAG's Partnership with Key

In 1996, Key brought together a group of people it supported to influence how the organisation was run and shape its direction of travel. This was the first 'Tenants' Advisory Group or 'TAG'. This was ground-breaking at the time and very quickly became fundamental to how Key operates. Key was vital in enabling TAG to grow into the independent charity it is today as The Advisory Group. TAG now has a service level agreement with Key to provide consultation and advice and in return Key provides the important infrastructure which is the backbone of TAG.
